Johannes C. Schuster
Master's Graduate @ University of Bamberg. Automated Reasoning & Machine Learning
I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science at the University of Bamberg, with a research focus on artificial intelligence. My thesis is supervised by Prof. Dr. Christoph Benzmüller (chair for AI Systems Engineering) where I also serve as a Teaching and Research Assistant.
Throughout my studies, I have focussed heavily on the theoretical foundations of machine learning and automated theorem proving. My core expertise lies in higher-order logics, the mathematics for machine learning, natural language processing, functional programming and neuro-symbolic AI.
Upon finishing my Master’s, I am seeking Ph.D. or research opportunities in the fields of automated reasoning, machine learning, and their intersection.
